- Processing inbound and outbound orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed on time
- Maintaining warehouse and logistics databases with precise and up-to-date information
- Producing reports and supporting management with operational data
- Acting as a key contact for customers, suppliers and transport partners regarding deliveries and stock availability
- Assisting with invoicing, scheduling and general office administration duties
- Supporting compliance procedures and helping maintain health and safety standards across the operation
Working within a busy logistics environment, you will be comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
To be considered for this Customer Service Administrator position, you will need:
- Previous administration experience within logistics, warehousing, supply chain or distribution
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Good IT skills, including experience using warehouse management systems, transport systems or Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team
The successful Customer Service Administrator will be required to complete:
- A basic DBS check
- A credit check
- Verification of employment and/or education history
