Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
- Monitor, assess, and respond to residents' changing clinical needs.
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
- Support and mentor care staff, promoting best practice across the home.
- Liaise with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical governance requirements.
- Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
- Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse within a care home, nursing home, or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A caring, compassionate, and professional approach.
