Registered Nurse – Care Home Setting
We are recruiting for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a well-established care home in Olney, Buckinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents in a nursing home environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans
- Work collaboratively with the wider care team and healthcare professionals
- Ensure residents’ personal care needs are met with dignity and respect
- Promote independence and person-centred care at all times
- Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing and escalate concerns appropriately
- Administer medication in line with policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
- Support with day-to-day running of the home as required
- Contribute to a safe, supportive, and positive care environment
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with valid NMC registration
- Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in a care or clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good clinical knowledge and understanding of best practice care delivery
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to delivering high standards of person-centred care
- £22.50 per hour
