Registered Home Manager – Nursing Home
Location: Keighley, West Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £90,000 + bonus

What You’ll Do
- Lead with impact: Oversee daily operations, staffing, and budgets to deliver seamless, high-quality care.
- Set the standard: Maintain CQC compliance, keeping the current "Good" rating while pushing toward "Outstanding."
- Develop your team: Mentor, motivate, and support staff to achieve their full potential.
- Ensure top-tier care: Oversee individualised care plans and uphold the highest clinical governance standards.
- Build relationships: Foster strong connections with residents, families, and local partners.
- Registered with NMC (RGN/RMN/RNLD) – essential.
- Experienced in nursing home management with commercial and marketing savvy.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or working towards it).
- Digitally confident, financially astute, and genuinely passionate about person-centred care.
- Able to provide a clear Enhanced DBS and a fully explainable work history.
- Salary up to £90,000 with performance-based bonus.
