About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on generating demand for Meridian Business Support’s services within the industrial and commercial sectors across Chester and surrounding areas.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and developing your own client base
- Generating leads and converting them into sales opportunities
- Contacting clients via phone, email and face‑to‑face visits
- Using your local market knowledge to promote our services
- Driving branch gross margin through successful business development
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and managing your activity pipeline
What We’re Looking For
- Previous agency recruitment experience is essential
- Proven track record in business development and winning new clients
- Minimum 1 year in cold calling/telesales, consistently exceeding KPIs
- Highly motivated, driven and tenacious with a desire to succeed
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook + CRM systems)
- Full, clean driving licence and your own transport
