Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. They are a dynamic construction consultancy built on innovation, accountability, and collaboration. This role covers pre-construction through to delivery, with a focus on cost management, procurement, and contract administration across a variety of building and civil engineering projects.

The role:
- Prepare cost plans, bills of quantities, valuations, and cost reports in line with RIBA stages.
- Lead procurement, tendering, and contract management (JCT, NEC, frameworks).
- Oversee budgets, cash flow forecasts, and change control to deliver best-value outcomes.
- Advise clients and stakeholders on commercial, contractual, and risk matters.
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field (RICS-accredited).
- Chartered (MRICS/MCIOB) or working towards qualification.
- Strong knowledge of procurement routes, construction methods, and industry standards.
- Experience preparing cost plans, valuations, and contract administration.
- Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in digital tools (e.g., Bluebeam, CostX, Causeway).
