Production Operative roles available with AM or PM shifts on offer working in production or packing for a well-known online retailer in Nuneaton CV10 7QR with free parking onsite and flexible shifts to suit!
Hours & Shifts: You can choose to work a mix of AM and PM, and choose the days you wish to work – site operates 7 days per week)
AM: 7am-5pm (0700-1700)
PM: 11.30am-8pm (1130-2000)
Pay Rate: £12.33 per hour
As Production Operative you will be working in a production and warehousing environment undertaking any of the following duties:

As Production Operative you will be working in a production and warehousing environment undertaking any of the following duties:
AM shift duties - Production:
- Prepare flowers by conditioning them, which includes:
- Removing outer packaging, trimming stems, removing lower foliage, and conducting basic quality checks.
- Handle a range of floral stems (including roses with thorns).
- Communicate any quality concerns with line leaders to uphold high standards.
PM Shift Duties - Packing:
- Pack a variety of products, including bouquets, house plants, dried flowers, and gift sets, with boxing and labelling.
- Use specific pallet specifications to palletise and cage finished products for transport.
- Raise any quality concerns with line leaders to maintain our high standards.
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following:
- Warehouse, Production or Quality Control experience ideally
- Full training will be provided for those without warehouse experience
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail - A good level of product care is required
- Good level of English language
