Meridian Business Support are recruiting for Production & Fulfilment Operatives, for temporary, ongoing work in Nuneaton (CV10) across the Christmas Period in December 2025 for one of our Key Clients, offering:

Hourly Rate: £12.33ph
Weekly Pay

Shifts Available

AM SHIFT: 07:00 – 17:00 – Responsibilities:

Adhere to on-site health and safety regulations.
Prepare flowers by conditioning them, which includes:
Removing outer packaging, trimming stems, removing lower foliage, and conducting basic quality checks.
Handle a range of floral stems (including roses with thorns).
Communicate any quality concerns with line leaders to uphold high standards.
Conduct general cleaning duties to keep the work space safe and tidy.

PM SHIFT: 10:00 – 20:00 – Responsibilities:

Pack a variety of products, including bouquets, house plants, dried flowers, and gift sets, with boxing and labelling.
Use specific pallet specifications to palletise and cage finished products for transport.
Raise any quality concerns with line leaders to maintain our high standards.
Perform light cleaning duties to keep the work space organised and efficient.
