📍 Location: Bradford
⏰ Hours: Hours: 36 hours per week – Alternating shifts

Early Shift: Mon–Thurs 06:30–14:00, Fri 06:30–12:30
Late Shift: Mon–Thurs 14:00–21:45, Fri 12:30–17:30

💰 Pay: £12.21 per hour
📄 Contract: Temp to Perm

Are you an experienced Print Finisher looking to join a fast-paced and dynamic production team? We are currently recruiting for a skilled Print Finisher to operate a B1 Print Finishing Machine in Bradford.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a B1 Print Finishing Machine.
Apply Emboss and Foil impressions to various types of cardboard/paper sheets.
Set up to 6 different foil positions at any one time.
Use die cutting formes to die cut full sheets.
Make ready multiple dies in any one pass.
Follow out in house quality checks, documenting any issues and archiving samples.
Work with the production team to lay up sheets while considering customer demand, machine positioning, waste and efficiencies.
Monitor consumable stock levels.
Use Melonex files to align dies in the exact required position.
Follow production schedules.
Use Low-Res imagery to countercheck all finished product.
Set machine temperatures/weight to suit bespoke dies/board

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience operating B1 print finishing equipment.
✅Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
✅Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
✅Flexible, reliable, and a proactive team player.

This is a temp-to-perm role, meaning there is an opportunity for a permanent contract based on performance.
