Your responsibilities may include blood tests, toxicity assessments, IV and oral chemotherapy, pump disconnections, line care, and IM/SC injections. We value clinical excellence and provide the guidance and support you need to deliver safe, personalised 1-to-1 care, while also offering the autonomy to manage your own patients effectively.

The Role
As an Oncology Homecare Nurse, you will support patients throughout their treatment journey in the comfort of their own homes, as well as in mobile units or clinics where required.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering IV chemotherapy, oral chemotherapy, immunotherapy and supportive treatments
- Carrying out blood draws, toxicity assessments, and cannulation
- Managing central lines, pump disconnections, and IM/SC injections
- Delivering high-quality, patient-focused care in line with clinical protocols
- Planning and managing your own daily schedule and travel between patients

To be considered for this role, you will:
- Hold a valid NMC PIN
- Have experience in Oncology nursing
- Hold a recognised Oncology qualification, SACT passport, or equivalent training
- Be competent in venepuncture and cannulation
- Have experience administering Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) across multiple routes
- Be highly organised and confident managing your own workload and travel schedule
- Possess strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centred approach
- Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel extensively across the Surrey area
