About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct holistic assessments and deliver individual and group therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and discharge planning
- Manage caseloads, risk, and documentation adhering to professional standards
- Contribute to service development, staff supervision, and education of students
- BSc (Hons) or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience or strong interest in mental health rehabilitation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
