About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Occupational Therapist to support individuals with severe and enduring mental health conditions in a complex care rehabilitation settings. You will work across our Birmingham sites, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care focused on recovery and occupational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct holistic assessments and deliver individual and group therapeutic interventions
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and discharge planning
  • Manage caseloads, risk, and documentation adhering to professional standards
  • Contribute to service development, staff supervision, and education of students
Requirements:
  • BSc (Hons) or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
  • HCPC registration
  • Experience or strong interest in mental health rehabilitation
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
