Multi-Skilled Engineer
Meridian are working with a growing M&E contractor across Wales, South-west England, and Midlands who are growing their maintenance team and are looking to bring in a Multi-Skilled Engineer to work on contracts around the Hampshire and Dorset area. The role will come with plenty of additional earning potential, and you will be joining a well-established, growing M&E contractor who work on various commercial projects across those regions.

- Recognised, industry-standard qualification (e.g Mechanical CSCS, JIB PMES, Electrical JIB card etc.)
- Previous FM/PPM experience, ideally on commercial projects
- Full UK Driving Licence - there will be travel involved in this role
- Experience with BMS controls and ideally basic M&E building services knowledge
- Desirable M&E qualifications include BS7671 (18th Ed.), F-Gas, HVAC qualifications, commercial gas certifications, 2391 Inspection & Testing
- IPAF & PASMA are desirable but not essential
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems
- Fault finding on building services plant and equipment
- Electrical maintenance (lighting, power, emergency lighting, basic fault finding)
- Mechanical maintenance (pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, pipework, valves)
- HVAC maintenance and filter changes
- Basic plumbing works
- Fabric maintenance (doors, locks, minor repairs)
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and H&S standards
- Complete job reports via CAFM system
- Liaise with clients and site contacts
- Participate in on-call rota (if required)
