Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to join a busy Membership and Insurance Services team.
You will support the end-to-end member journey, ensuring documentation is processed accurately and efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process membership and insurance documentation in line with SLAs and targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Respond to member enquiries via phone and email
- Deliver a high standard of customer service
- Support the full member journey from onboarding through to ongoing service
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance targets
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards
Requirements
- Previous administration or customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
