Location: Salisbury
Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 4:15pm, Friday 7:30am – 12:00pm
Pay: £13.79 per hour (rising to £14.55 after 3-month probation)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Bending Setter/Operator to join our Manufacturing team on a Temp to Perm basis. Based at our Salisbury site this is an excellent opportunity for someone experienced in metal forming who thrives in a precision-focused production environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Set and operate a range of bending machines to meet daily production targets.
- Inspect and measure components in line with company procedures.
- Use bend checking fixtures and maintain strict quality standards.
- Follow proper start-up, shut-down, and maintenance routines.
- Ensure tooling is correctly stored and maintained.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols and report any issues immediately.
- Experience in setting and operating industrial bending machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable and safety-conscious team player.
- Output rate (parts/hour)
- Production process efficiency
- Internal and external defect rates (PPM)
- Attendance and reliability
