Manufacturing Operatives – Immediate Starts Available!
Location: Pyewipe, Grimsby (DN31)
Shift Pattern: 2 Days, 2 Nights Continental Shifts (12-hour shifts, 48 hours/week + Overtime)
Pay: Starting at £12.21 per hour + £3.74 shift allowance
Contract Type: Temporary with long-term opportunities

Recognised as a world-class production facility, they are expanding their team due to increased demand and are looking for additional Manufacturing Operatives / Production Operatives / Mechanical Assemblers to join their successful and growing workforce.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting technicians and hose builders on the production line
- Assisting with machine operation, mechanical assembly, and fabrication
- General duties within a busy manufacturing / engineering workshop
- Adhering to health & safety procedures and quality standards
- Potential use of lifting equipment or cranes (training provided if needed)
- Mechanically-minded individuals or those with experience in:
- Machine Operation
- Mechanical Assembly / Production
- Skilled Manufacturing / Engineering
- Construction or Fabrication backgrounds
- Candidates with a Counterbalance FLT Licence or Crane Operating experience are highly desirable (but not essential)
- A team player with a great work ethic, willing to learn and grow
