- Coordinate workloads with the workshop team
- Manage stock, materials, and shipments
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly
- Maintain records using Xero and Camduct Autodesk
- Support process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
- Office-based experience in manufacturing, production planning, or coordination
- Strong organisation, planning, and communication skills
- Practical, proactive mindset with attention to detail
