We are looking for several Production Operative’s for a manufacture in Henstridge. These positions are a permanent role and they have three shifts available for you to chose from - early, lates and nights.
Early - 40 hours a week – Monday – Friday 6.00 – 14.00. This includes a 30-minute paid break.
Late - 40 hours a week - Monday - Friday 14.00 - 22.00. This includes a 30-minute paid break.
Night - 40 hours a week - Sunday - Thursday - 22.00 - 6.00. This includes a 30-minute paid break.
For this position, you will be working as part of a team to process customer orders to specifications using a selection on manual machinery. Training will be provided.
This position will start at £23,800 a year. Once probationary period has been passed (6 months) the salary will increase to £24,255 for a early shift. Late shift has a premium of 15% therefore a salary of £27,893 and a night shift if 30% premium and a salary of £31,531.
If overtime is available and it is worked past the 40 hours, this is paid at time and a half.
