Grounds Maintenance Operative: £11.75

Soft/Hard Landscaping Operative/Team Leader

Soft Landscape duties will include the following:

Shrub and tree planting
Assisting in setting out of shrubs and trees
Turfing
Seeding
Ground preparation

Hard Landscape duties will include the following:

Ground preparation
Fencing
Paving
Decking

Role requirements:

Proficiency in operating landscaping machinery and hand tools.
Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Valid driver’s license
Use of construction equipment and tools for hard landscaping.
Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly landscaping practices.
Flexible working approach
Work Experience /Skills / Education - CSCS card preferred/ PA1&PA6 Spraying but not essential
Prior experience in a similar role
Proven experience in Soft and Hard Landscaping
Effective oral and written communication
Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic
Have an eye for perfection
