Key Responsibilities as Label Printer:

The Label Printer will play a vital role in ensuring that labels for markets and supermarkets are printed accurately and efficiently. Your main duties will include:



  • Printing and Quality Control: Wear PPE as required, print labels efficiently to avoid running out of labels on the production line, record wastage on the system daily, calibrate the scanner each month
  • Operations: Create a packing plan to ensure deadlines are met, record and monitor waste, ensure labels are printed in line with customer requirements, keep track of orders and place new orders according to lead times.
  • Team Collaboration: Support the team in meeting targets, communicate effectively with the QA team to ensure quality requirements are met, offer training to new staff
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times, report accidents, near misses, and safety hazards and maintain a clean and tidy workspace

We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:



  • Previous experience in a production or packaging environment is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of customer packaging requirements and label printing procedures.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using Excel for reporting and tracking label waste.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards
