We are looking for an Internal Sales Manager to join our Peterborough Branch (PE1):
Our Internal Sales Managers, are a key support to the Business Manager taking on the ownership of team management, monitoring and encouraging the daily sales activity, and covering day-to-day tasks to ensure the branch is consistently providing its best service to customers.
We are looking for you to ideally have team management experience, have a natural flair in relationship building and able to drive people to achieve and exceed personal & business targets.
You will need to consistently think outside the box to come up with new and innovative ideas to attract new customers and drive loyalty with live trading accounts.

We are looking for an Internal Sales Manager to join our Peterborough Branch (PE1):
- Contracted to 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00 or 07:00 - 16:00
- No bank holiday working required

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across a cross functional team to deliver target performance
- Excellent communication skills (including persuasion and influencing)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, including telesales and account management
- An ability to embrace change and new technologies
