We are welcoming applications for an organised and proactive Administrator to join a busy local HR team initially for a 6-month period.
The role
As our Human Resources Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support across all HR functions. You’ll help ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations, from recruitment coordination to maintaining employee records and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job adverts, arranging interviews, and issuing offer letters
  • Assist with the onboarding and induction process for new hires
  • Help administer employee benefits and track leave and absences
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HR software is a plus
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a team-oriented approach
