The Opportunity:

This interim HR Business Partner role is offered on an anticipated 5 month period.  As an experienced HR Manager or HRBP you will oversee the workload of a small HR and Payroll team whilst dealing with transactional HR functions.  The role is available immediately for a hands on, competent HR professional used to working as part of the Senior Management team.

The Opportunity:
  • The Interim HRBP will be the key HR contact for all employees and managers both locally and in some international locations.
  • Ensure local policies are up to date with employment regulation changes
  • The role will focus on organisational change, talent acquisition, employee engagement and performance related issues. It also oversees the company’s payroll function and manages a small, experienced team.
You’ll be able to offer:
  • Minimum 5 years experience at Senior HR level.
  • Ideally formal CIPD qualifications or equivalent.
  • Organisational Development experience an advantage.
  • Available immediately and able to commit to this 5 month interim contract.
