The role

- Lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and drive continuous improvement towards Outstanding ratings
- Manage budgets effectively, balancing quality care with strong financial performance
- Maintain high occupancy through proactive marketing, community engagement and relationship building
- Work closely with operations and central support teams to deliver consistent standards
- Act as the main point of contact for residents, families and external professionals
Skills and experience
We are looking for an experienced Care Home Manager (Nursing) or a strong Deputy ready to step up.
- Proven background in managing a nursing or residential care setting
- Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and inspection processes
- Commercial awareness with a track record of achieving occupancy and financial targets
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust with residents, families and stakeholders
