Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong, visible leadership and management to maintain the highest standards of person-centred care.
- Oversee all aspects of the home’s daily operations, including staffing, budgets, clinical governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a care home setting.
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and best practice in elderly care.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) is highly desirable but not essential.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred care in a small home environment.
