- Take the lead on Health and Safety management and compliance, safeguarding everyone on campus.
- Provide expert strategic advice to senior leaders and act as the college’s lead adviser on estates and capital matters.
- Continuously review and improve systems and processes to ensure best value and operational excellence.
You’ll be a confident and collaborative leader with significant experience in estates and capital management within a complex organisation, ideally within the education or public sector. You’ll bring:
- Strong leadership experience and the ability to motivate and manage multi-site teams.
- Proven success in managing large-scale estates and delivering capital projects.

Essential Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level in a construction or estate management-related discipline.
- A professional qualification in a property or built environment-related field (architecture, building, engineering, facilities management, or surveying).
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) in health and safety.
- Membership of a recognised building/facilities services management professional body (CIOB, MBIFM, MIOSH, etc.).
