Job Responsibilities:
26 days holiday per annum (allocated to fixed and flexible dates) plus 8 statutory bank holidays.
Working Hours: 07.00 to 16.30 Monday to Wednesday, 07.00 to 16.00 Thursday with every Friday off

Job Responsibilities:
- The primary function of this role is to support the Managing Director in all administrative and governance-related matters, ensuring smooth operations across various corporate functions.
- This role is responsible for a broad range of administrative, legal, and governance tasks, as well as contributing to strategic projects in the first two years – all within a busy engineering environment.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of confirmation statements and other statutory filings, including those to Companies House.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and best practices.
- Assist with legal documentation, including reviewing and maintaining contracts and corporate policies.
- Project-Based Responsibilities may include: GDPR Implementation, Business Continuity Planning, IT Policy Development, Corporate Policy Review and Development.
- 2-5 years of experience in a financial, legal, governance, or compliance role preferred.
- Familiarity with corporate governance principles and UK regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
- Experience in policy development, GDPR, or internal controls is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
