FLT Driver (Counterbalance & Reach)
📍 Location: Bradford

💰 Pay: £15.34 per hour

We’re looking for an experienced FLT Driver with valid Counterbalance and Reach licences to join our client’s operations team. You’ll be part of a small, close-knit group of 5–6 team members, helping to keep our warehouse running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Valid FLT Counterbalance and Reach licences (in date)
✅ Previous warehouse or logistics experience
✅ A good eye for detail and commitment to safety
✅ Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a small team
✅ Comfortable working around frozen products (not inside a freezer)
Shift Pattern:
This is a 15-week rota designed to give you variety and balance. Over the course of the rota, you’ll complete:

- Safely operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts
- Load and unload deliveries
- Mark up and label pallets accurately
- Work collaboratively in the operations room with your team
- Support with general warehouse duties as required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
✅ Valid FLT Counterbalance and Reach licences (in date)
✅ Previous warehouse or logistics experience
✅ A good eye for detail and commitment to safety
✅ Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a small team
✅ Comfortable working around frozen products (not inside a freezer)
Shift Pattern:
This is a 15-week rota designed to give you variety and balance. Over the course of the rota, you’ll complete:
- 1 week of split shifts (days & nights in the same week)
- 1 week of night shifts
- 1 week of day shifts
- 6:00am – 6:00pm
- 6:00pm – 6:00am
- 6:00am – 4:00pm (Saturdays)
- 6:00pm – 2:00am (some Sunday nights)
