Counterbalance FLT Drivers required working Mon-Fri for a leading logistics company based at Manchester airport with free parking onsite, Temp to Perm with set shifts!! Own transport is essential.
Hours & Shifts:
PM: 4pm-1am (1600-0100) – Monday to Friday with one hour unpaid break
Pay Rate: £13 per hour + overtime over 40 hours per week paid at x1.5 rate (£18.00 per hour)
As FLT Driver you will report into the Shift Team Leader working in a clean, bright and modern warehouse environment undertaking any of the following duties:

The role requires candidates to undergo a basic DBS check and provide verifiable 5 years worth of employment/ education history as part of the process due to the nature of the client. This is free of charge as Meridian Business Support cover the cost.

- Building and breaking down aircraft pallets (manual handling)
- Driving the FLT approx 30% of the time
- A performance driven operation with tight deadlines
- Involves manual handling and standing for long periods of time
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following:
- Valid and in date Counterbalance FLT License
- Warehouse Operative experience ideally
- Ability to work in a targeted environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, and be physically fit to manually lift heavy items
- Excellent attention to detail
- You will need your own form of transport due to no public transport will run at 1am from this location
