FLT Driver – Immediate Starts! Temp to Perm – Woolston (Warrington) Pay: £13.00 per hour (rising to £13.28 after 13 weeks)
About the Role We’re looking for enthusiastic FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a modern, well‑organised logistics site in Woolston.
This is a long‑term opportunity with permanent roles available after 13 weeks.

Shift Available:
Night Shift:
✔ Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (RTITB/ITSSAR or in‑house accepted)
✔ Minimum 6 months FLT driving experience
✔ Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting
✔ Comfortable with manual handling & heavy lifting
✔ Reliable, safety‑conscious and a good team player

Night Shift:
- Sunday to Thursday | 11pm–8am (23:00–08:00)
- Loading & unloading wagons
- Moving stock around the pallet yard
- Handling pallets, cages & larger items
- Stacking/unstacking pallets & working safely at all times
- Keeping the working area clean & organised
- Using a pump truck & supporting general warehouse tasks
- Working to deadlines in a busy warehouse environment
✔ Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (RTITB/ITSSAR or in‑house accepted)
