⏰ Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm
πŸ’° Pay: Β£12.76 per hour
πŸ“„ Contract: Temporary

We’re looking for a proactive Finance/Admin Support professional to join our client and help keep their finance operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day financial transactions, data entry, and reconciliations
  • Support month-end and year-end processes
  • Maintain accurate financial records and administrative files
  • Process invoices and purchase orders
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers
  • General administrative support to the finance department
Requirements:

βœ… Strong administrative and organisational skills
βœ… Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
βœ… Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
βœ… A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
βœ… Experience with PS Financials is a bonus, but not essential
