We are seeking a Band 6 Employee Relations Advisor to join our team at Croydon Healthcare Services on a 4-month assignment, starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex sickness absence caseload, providing robust advice and support in line with policies and procedures.
- Coach and train managers in effective absence management strategies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, managers, and trade union representatives to achieve positive outcomes.
- Operate across both hospital and community settings, ensuring a consistent and professional service.
- Proven experience managing complex sickness absence cases within a large, unionised organisation.
- Skilled in training and coaching managers on ER processes, particularly absence management.
- Comfortable managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site at least 4 days per week (hospital and/or community locations).
