The Role
An Electrical Site Manager is required for a leading M&E contractor with a turnover in excess of £100m.
Our client have a strong order book of new build luxury residential apartments in Manchester City Centre which require an Electrical Site Manager to join the team. Their main scope of works are commercial, residential and leisure projects which range from £5m - £30m M&E. We are looking for a electrical manager who has previously worked on a number projects, managing the same values.
This is an immediate start with our client.

- To ensuring the company Health and Safety is adhered to along with the provision of all necessary H&S documentation
- Tools Box Talk
- Commissioning
- Method Statements
- Management of Subcontractors
- Manage and coordinate the site-based resources to deliver the project.
- Ordering materials and organization of work.
- Planning and organizing projects
- Planning and scheduling resources to meet project goals
