Reporting to the Distribution Team Leader you will provide picking, packing, loading and unloading services and adhere to all health and safety standards and policies for the site. The position holder will work positively within a team environment and will need to develop good working relationships with other team members.

Successful candidates will:

Have previous experience of working within a Distribution environment.
Forklift Truck trained would be advantageous, however on-site training is provided.
Have a good degree of physical fitness to meet the manual demands of the position.
Have the ability to work positively within a team and form good working relationships with other team members is essential.
Have the ability to plan and organise own activities to meet the needs of the business within allocated time.
Be flexible and have an adaptable work ethic.
Hold a Health and Safety Level 1 responsibility statement.
Have the willingness to embrace change and improve processes as systems develop is key.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm alternate weeks (shift allowance) or Sunday to Thursday 10pm-6am
