Deputy Home Manager – Nursing Home
Location: Hadleigh, Suffolk
Salary: £52,000 per annum

About the Role
As the Deputy Home Manager, you’ll work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth and effective running of the home. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Home Manager in the daily operations and overall management of the home
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to staff
- Ensure all care plans and documentation meet CQC standards
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and quality improvement initiatives
- Manage staffing levels and contribute to recruitment and training
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
- Take full responsibility for the home in the Home Manager’s absence
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
- Previous experience as a Deputy Home Manager or Clinical Lead within a nursing home environment is essential
- Excellent clinical knowledge and understanding of CQC compliance
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

- Salary: £52,000 per annum
