We are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Clinic Manager to join a well-established renal dialysis clinic in the Gloucester Cotswolds area. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior renal nurse looking to step into a leadership role, supporting the Clinic Manager in delivering high-quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.
You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the clinic, leading a dedicated team and ensuring the highest standards of clinical care in partnership with the NHS.

This is a hands-on leadership role within a supportive and collaborative clinical environment. You will work closely with your team on the clinic floor, ensuring both staff and patients are supported at all times. The clinic offers a structured environment with a strong focus on quality care, staff development and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Clinic Manager in the overall running of the dialysis clinic
- Lead the clinic in the absence of the Manager
- Ensure high standards of patient care and positive clinical outcomes
- Supervise, support and develop nursing staff through training and mentorship
- Manage staff rotas and patient scheduling to ensure efficient service delivery
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and Renal Association standards
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to the wider team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
- Post-registration qualification in renal nursing
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in haemodialysis at a senior level
- Previous experience managing or leading a nursing team
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- IT literacy, including MS Office
- £44,517 – £45,637 per annum
- 35 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing with service
