Meridian Business Support are delighted to be working with a local, independent insurance broker to recruit for a Customer Service Representative on a permanent basis.
Our client are a growing company with a motivated and enthusiastic team who thrive in a fast paced environment.
Main duties:
The ideal candidate would have an excellent telephone manner and be comfortable and confident speaking to a wide range of people - building rapport and trust with everyone you speak to.
This is a full time, permanent role so you’ll work 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday 8.45am-5pm and every other Saturday 9am - 12noon.
Salary: £25,000-£35,000 depending on experience.

- Answering and responding to existing and new clients about their insurance enquiries
- Take ownership of a variety of queries from start to finish, putting your problem-solving skills to good use to resolve each one as quickly as possible
- Whether it’s a motoring incident or a query on policy cover, you’ll use your initiative to find solutions that work for our customers and our business, playing a vital role in helping our clients
