The Role As a key member of the Customer Services team, you’ll be the first point of contact for retail partners—handling inbound calls, processing orders, and resolving queries efficiently and professionally. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external distribution partners to ensure exceptional service is always delivered.Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls regarding orders and general enquiries
  • Process customer orders 
  • Issue invoices, order acknowledgements, and manage admin tasks
  • Liaise with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and accuracy
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records
  • Support the field-based sales teams
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
Critical Qualities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised with excellent time management
  • Confident using Microsoft Office
Desirable Skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced setting
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
