📍 Location: Rochdale
⏰ Hours: 9am- 5pm Tuesday – Saturday (Tuesday-Friday in the office & Saturday WFH).
💰 Pay: £12.31 per hour

- Maintain and update databases with information on technical issues and helpful interactions
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and proactively reach out to assist
- Provide in-depth support for product functionality and features
- Share knowledge on product features and troubleshooting with team members
- Follow up on all enquiries to ensure full resolution and customer satisfaction
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to product and marketing teams
