Monday to Thursday | Mon to Thu 07:00 am to 3:30 pm, Fri 07:00 am to 12:30 midday (37.5 hours)

The Role - CNC Operator
Working within a small, experienced machine shop team, you will be:
- Operating CNC milling and turning machines
- Loading programs and checking machines are running correctly
- Inspecting parts using measuring equipment and gauges
- Monitoring tooling and carrying out tool changes when needed
- Deburring, engraving and preparing machined parts
- Supporting machine changeovers and maintaining workshop standards
Skills & Experience - CNC Operator
We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous CNC machining or machine shop experience
- Ability to read engineering drawings and work to tolerances
- Experience using measuring and inspection equipment
- Milling and turning knowledge
- Good attention to detail and a reliable approach to work
- A team-focused attitude
