Meridian Business Support are recruiting for a Clinical Lead (Registered Nurse) to join a well-established care home in Partington. The role As Clinical Lead you will support the Home Manager and oversee day-to-day clinical delivery:
- Lead, support and mentor the nursing and care team to deliver safe, person-centred care
- Take responsibility for clinical governance including audits, compliance and best practice
- Carry out assessments, care planning and reviews to meet residents’ needs
- Act as a role model on shift, making sound clinical decisions and remaining calm under pressure
- Support training and development of staff to improve clinical standards
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding procedures and DoLS
- You must be NMC registered with relevant post-registration experience
- Experience leading or supervising a team within a care home or similar setting
- Strong understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, audits and compliance
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
