Clinical Lead – Nursing Home
Location: Norwich
Pay Rate: £24.00 per hour
I’m currently supporting a well-established nursing home in Norwich that is looking for an experienced Clinical Lead to join their leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, clinically strong nurse ready to take on a role with more responsibility and influence over care standards.
Both RGN and RMN-qualified nurses will be considered for this position.
The Role
As Clinical Lead, you will play a key part in ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered across the home. You will support the Home Manager with clinical governance, mentor and guide the nursing team, and act as a point of expertise for complex care needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and motivate the nursing team to provide outstanding care
- Oversee clinical practice, medication management, and care planning
- Support the development of clinical policies, audits, and quality assurance
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal care frameworks
- Build strong professional relationships with residents, families, and external partners
- Provide hands-on, person-centred care when needed
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC PIN
- Previous experience in a senior nurse or supervisory role
- Strong clinical knowledge and confidence making clinical decisions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
