Clinic Manager – Dialysis
Location: Kings Norton
Salary: £50,000 – £54,000 depending on experience
Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated renal nurse leader to take on the role of Clinic Manager within a well-established Dialysis Unit in Kings Norton. Working in close partnership with the NHS, this position offers the chance to lead a dedicated clinical team while driving high standards of patient care and clinical outcomes.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the dialysis unit, ensuring safe and efficient service delivery
- Provide strong clinical and managerial leadership to a team of healthcare professionals
- Maintain a patient-focused culture, delivering compassionate and responsive care
- Build effective working relationships with patients, families, and NHS stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in clinical standards and patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and the Health and Social Care Act 2008
- Manage staffing, budgets, resources, and overall clinic performance
- Promote a culture of accountability, quality improvement, and excellence
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration
- Proven dialysis experience
- Previous management experience within a dialysis setting
- Ideally previously registered with CQC
- Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 within independent healthcare
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A genuine commitment to improving patient outcomes and experiences
