Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care
- Ensuring compliance with all CQC standards and working towards achieving Outstanding ratings
- Managing budgets and monitoring financial performance, including occupancy levels
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
- Driving local marketing activity to maintain full occupancy
- Promoting a positive, inclusive culture focused on compassion, dignity and respect
- Previous experience managing a nursing or residential service
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations with a track record of good or outstanding outcomes
- Commercial understanding, including managing budgets and occupancy
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- NMC registration is desirable but not essential
- £75,000 annual salary
