Business Development Manager – Telecoms / Managed Services
Location: Hybrid – Home-based with travel to Swansea HQ (once a week)
Salary: Up to £35,000 basic (DOE) + £400 monthly car allowance + Uncapped Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (no evenings or weekends)

The Role As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving new business growth across the UK. You’ll manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and networking through to proposal, presentation, and closing — while delivering exceptional service that reflects the brand’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and win new business opportunities via outbound calls, networking, events, LinkedIn, and referrals
  • Manage your own sales pipeline using the company CRM system
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to new and existing clients
  • Conduct bill analysis and highlight cost-saving opportunities
  • Consistently meet and exceed realistic monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships that support repeat business and referrals
About You
  • Minimum 2 years’ B2B sales experience with a strong record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Telecoms, IT, or technology sales background is highly desirable (mobiles, cloud telephony, connectivity, etc.)
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven with the ability to manage your own workload
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a performance-focused environment
