What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading from the front with consistent new business wins
- Running your own billing desk (temp/perm) alongside managing the team
- Building strong, long-term client relationships across the region
- Coaching and developing consultants to improve performance
- Creating a high-energy, success-driven culture
- Driving branch growth, profitability, and market presence
- Proven Branch Manager experience or a top-performing Senior Consultant/Team Leader ready to step up
- A strong track record in recruitment sales and billing
- Someone who still enjoys being on the tools and closing deals and building meaningful and long term relationships
- Commercially sharp, with a clear understanding of margin and growth
