Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and book radiology appointments for patients via telephone and written correspondence
- Liaise effectively with clinical and administrative colleagues to ensure efficient scheduling
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using hospital systems
- Provide a courteous and efficient service to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals
- Perform general administrative duties in support of the Radiology team as required
- Previous experience in a healthcare administration or booking environment (desirable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in the use of IT systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexible and willing to provide occasional support beyond core hours when necessary
