As Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store and lead the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll play a vital role in driving commercial success, coaching the team, and ensuring every aspect of the store reflects their values.

- Take full responsibility for store operations in the Store Manager’s absence.
- Assist in coordinating daily activities and maintaining the highest retail standards.
- Execute store strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure stock availability, accurate ordering, waste reduction, and effective promotional displays.
- Manage freshness control, product presentation, and date-check compliance.
- Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service at every touchpoint.
- Ensure swift resolution of customer feedback and concerns.
- Coordinate rotas, manage annual leave, and conduct team briefings.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and recognition.
- Ensure the store is prepared for seasonal and promotional events.
