The position holder will work positively within a team environment and will need to develop good working relationships with other team members.
Successful candidates must:
- Be able to demonstrate manual dexterity.
- Be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Have practical experience of assembly working.
- Have practical experience of medium batch production process.
- Have the ability to operate bench mounted assembly equipment.
- Have the willingness to embrace change and improve processes as systems develop.
- Be an effective and pro-active communicator.
