Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a first point of contact for brokers via phone and email.
- Managing queries and ensuring prompt, professional responses.
- Processing policy documentation, renewals, endorsements, and adjustments.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
- Processing declarations, invoices, and outstanding documentation.
- Supporting brokers and internal teams with a range of administrative tasks.
- Prioritising workloads to meet deadlines and service standards.
- Previous administration experience.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
- Confident communicator with strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Positive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Motor insurance experience is advantageous but not essential.
