We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team in Salisbury, providing vital support to our business operations and the Senior Management Team. This is a varied and fast-paced role that plays a key part in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day administration and HR-related tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to Directors and the Management Team
- Coordinating general office administration and HR documentation for the Salisbury site
- Handling recruitment admin, including liaising with agencies and onboarding new starters
- Managing temp staff administration—timesheets, agency liaison, and invoice processing
- Organising staff health screenings and supporting the appraisal process
- Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings
- Assisting with litigation claims and insurance correspondence
- Maintaining personnel files, vehicle records, and ensuring compliance with data protection
- Generating purchase orders and managing office supplies, including negotiating with vendors
- Providing cross-departmental admin support during leave or peak periods
- Assisting with company projects and events
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
